This video from our Catholic friends seems to be comparing foetuses to boxes. [Damn abstinence education]
Our religious friends are used to describing women as boxes to be filled or more particularly ‘empty vessels’. Perhaps as they try to correlate the idea of anti abortion being pro women’s rights, their focus on the female foetus must nevertheless remember the lesser value of women in the church. Therefore, the idea of foetus as container just as woman as container.
It is of course just too easy to see the symbolism of the box factory to the baby factory and of the what-if mantra to the pre-pregnant mantra.
The video even highlights that fact that foetus fetishers only care about foetuses not babies. Why else was that cute little girl at the end left alone in field?

Babies in boxes, huh? I’d rather have them in good free public daycare but the witherdicks running the gubbment have said no.
So Dollinks, this is BLANCHE, you know, she who is so fekkin wunnaful she signs her name in capitals.
If you thought there was a possibility your cat had throat worms wouldn’t you do the obvious thing and take your cat to the vet for medicine to get rid of the parasites?
If you thought you had a tapeworm, wouldn’t you go to your doctor for treatment to rid you of the parasite?
So are the Compulsory Pregnancy fanatics going to go down to the pEst office and volunteer to work free of charge over the X-mess season, picking up boxes, shaking them, then holding them to their ear to try to hear if the possible putative baby inside is crying?
And if it is, then what? Are they actually going to interfere with the passage of the Queen’s Mail and open packages addressed to someone other than themselves?
Great! Then we can tazer them. If they survive we can toss’em in the clink.
In this day and age a person should know better than to put a baby in a box and send it through the mail during the X-mess rush. Nothing ever gets where it’s destined in time. The undelivered boxes of babies are going to pong something horrible in a very short period of time.
So don’t delay. If you think there’s even a possibility your cat has throat worms, get to the vet. The sooner the better!
As for those boxes containing babies…well, I honestly do not know what in hell SOMEONE ELSE is going to do about them but I assure you I’m taking a page out of the book of the Compulsory Pregnancy crowd, and it won’t be MY problem. I’ll just holler and shout and yell and maybe spit at people in crisis. It’s so much easier than cleaning up the shitty mess in the box.
