From a simple question (‘Why is there no feminist category in the Canadian Blog Awards?’) to insurrection to celebration, what a fun ride the Canadian F-Word Blog Awards has been!
And what a rich mosaic of Canadian feminist blogs we discovered!
Congratulations to all the nominees, runners-up, and winners.
Thanks to all the supporters of the F-Word Awards, including Heather Mallick and Antonia Zerbisias.
But most of all, great big warm fuzzy hugs and smooches for pale and Prole of A Creative Revolution who organized and operated the whole deal with grace and panache.
We at Birth Pangs were pleased as punch humbly gratified to be nominated in three categories. So, last night, we hustled over to ACR, only to find that the announcements were being made via video, which, sadly, one of us at Birth Pangs can’t run.
In response to the howl of frustration, Prole kindly input the list of winners.
For those w/o video
