Oh, the delicate sensibilities of the zygote zealots. Back
here, we reported on mouthy old fart fetus fetishist Ed Snell getting bounced off his car rooftop platform outside an abortion clinic where he was harassing ‘counselling’ clients and staff.
It appears that pro-choice people in Kansas are a bit more creative.

A local anti-abortion activist lost a small-claims lawsuit Tuesday when a judge ruled he was not damaged when a security officer used a “stink bomb” to ward anti-abortion volunteers away from a Wichita abortion clinic.

Mark Gietzen, chairman of the Kansas Coalition for Life, whined: ‘The judge ruled that Tiller has the right to stink bomb us if he wants to as long as the stink bomb is on his property. I fully expect it to be used on us again.’
He was seeking $4,000 in damages because he incurred expenses to replace ‘many stay-at-home moms who brought young children to the clinic’.
Shriiiiieeek! Using a ‘stink bomb’ on innocent young children who were merely exercising their gord-given right to be dragged to a medical clinic to harass people accessing a perfectly legal service!
So what was this noxious substance wantonly loosed on moms and tots? What evil corrosive gas so frightened the moms that they refused to expose their children to it?

[E]vidence at the trial showed that the “stink bomb” consisted of foul-smelling catfish bait.

*snerk*
And now for the really big Surprise –

“I’m not going to let this go,” [Gletzen] said.

*sigh*

UPPITY-DATE:

The other LifeShite omits mention of the nature of the stink bomb. Instead, they quote this:

“This was a punitive act by Tiller’s clinic that was obviously meant to get even with sidewalk counselors for saving a baby,” said Operation Rescue spokesperson Cheryl Sullenger about the incident.

“People were sickened by this chemical attack, which no one at WHCS is denying took place. There should be some legal repercussions to this kind of behavior.”

Fish guts = chemical attack.

Well, we suppose that works with the crowd who also believes: non-ovulation = chemical abortion.
