Fractured Foetus Mobile 0
On Sept. 10 2008 the Foetus Mobile was making the rounds and stopping in traffic to protest Obama’s platform on women’s reproductive rights. Mike Boyle happened to be driving to this event,
“I saw this woman shielding her young daughter’s eyes and I thought, ‘How crass have we become?’” Boyle said. “So I just pulled in front of the truck, backed up a little bit, stopped and put my flashers on.”
to which the truck driver responds
“At the time, I knew this was somebody trying to harass me and back up traffic,” said Larry Donlan, the truck driver.
Ah sweet irony we shall miss you so.
There is a news video report on this page during which the newscaster says that they cannot show you pictures of the truck because they are too graphic.
Get that? They are beyond the standards of decency set by the FCC yet these morons think it is perfect fodder for high schools and young children. Time and again their actions belie their words that they care about children.
Boyle was eventually charged with obstructing traffic, however decided to go to court to fight the charges and Monday he won his case.
The judge said he had no doubt that Boyle blocked traffic. Police officers at the scene testified that traffic was backed up more than a block on 76th Street because of Boyle’s stopped car. But McDermott said he could not find that Boyle acted unreasonably by assuming drivers could use the turn lane to get around his parked car.
