The British Health Authority has release this video in an effort to combat the high incidence of teen pregnancy. Like most things concerning teen pregnancy this focuses mainly on the girl. Certainly it is much more difficult for the young woman to walk away, however one would think that socially at least we would be further ahead in our expectations of the boy involved and would be more supportive of the pregnant teen through easy access to prenatal care or abortion and through social supports. Unfortunately it seems that little has really changed–witness some of the comments.
Seriously they should have compulsory abortions for girls who get knocked up by accident and obviously cant raise the child instead of taking our hard earned tax money to pay for thier irresponsible behaviour. Y should I have to pay for that? + the child usually gonna grow up without being properly raised and probs become a villain and have more kids when they are a teenager.. just like mum.
If it was for real then anyone who pays taxes will have to pay for her bastard offspring for years to come.
People say there is a lack of sex education! is there really? Kids know the simple fact that having sex can get them pregnant if their lucky they’ll get you a free house and benefits. Maybe they should start prosecuting these kids for underage sex and removing the babies to be raised by adults. That should be more of a put off than a dodgy video and the chance at free money for X amount of years. But then again, your better off on the doll with kids nowadays Thanks to Labour
Now admittedly many comments on YouTube seem to be made for the sheer shock value, nevertheless I have heard and read such comments in other arenas as well.
By concentrating on the girl and her supposed righteousness or lack thereof, we completely diminish the importance of fathers in children’s lives, give young men the idea that they do not need to take responsibility for birth control and make sex something shameful. Thus ensuring that teens already embarrassed about sex and their feelings around it are even less likely to talk to anyone to receive information.

"British Health Authority" ? Er, what… I think you will find it is called the National Health Service. Re. which, by the way, yay!
