The war on drugs claims another victim. Rather than actually treat a woman who was in so much pain she couldn’t lie down for an exam, the emergency at a Pauls Valley, Oklahoma hospital instead had her arrested for having two pain pills that were not her prescription.
She died two hours later of a ruptured ectopic pregnancy.
