1/3 c of cooking oil/olive/whatever
1 and half tlbsp. of lime juice (fresh)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. sugar (white)
salt (about 2-3 twists)
2-3 crushed cloves garlic

Pureed. Dip. Delicious.
