Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2-4 tbsp tahini, or to taste
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- juice of ½ to 1 lemon (nuke it in the microwave for 15 seconds first, you get way more juice)
- sea salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Dump everything into a blender or food processor, ending with the chickpeas. Serve with pita or toasted thin bagel slices or veggies or ..
