Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2-4 tbsp tahini, or to taste
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of ½ to 1 lemon (nuke it in the microwave for 15 seconds first, you get way more juice)
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

  1. Dump everything into a blender or food processor, ending with the chickpeas. Serve with pita or toasted thin bagel slices or veggies or ..
