Smoothie (lindar)

  1. frozen or fresh fruit in the blender as desired, about ½ cup, 1 small scoop of frozen yogurt per person, 2 or 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt. Add any special ingredients like protein powder that is desired at this point also.
  2. If making for 1 person, all these items should (loosely stacked) only occupy the lower third of a regular sized blender jar. Now add chilled club soda sufficient to cover the fruit and yogurt to less than half the blender jar.
  3. Blend on pulse until all fruit is liquified.
  4. The carbonation in the club soda makes the smoothie light and foamy.
